Padre Guilherme Unveils ‘Integral Ecology’ EP on Melodic Techno and Sacred Fusion
Padre Guilherme, the trailblazing force in melodic techno, launches his new EP Integral Ecology today, October 10, 2025, right on the heels of his well-received Veneremur Et Adoremus. This Portuguese producer has made a name for himself by layering sacred chants over electronic beats, positioning himself as a fresh voice in the electronic scene that centers himself around the blend of ritual and rhythm. His track record speaks volumes: standout sets at World Youth Day 2023 in Lisbon, a slot at Afterlife‘s residency in H° Ibiza, high-energy gigs at Medusa Festival in Spain and Zamna Festival in Chile, plus a memorable performance at the iconic Cristo Redentor in Rio de Janeiro. Prior releases like The Church Bells alongside Ebmath on Lux Aeterna Records and Citadel with Ginchy on Errorr showcases his talent for mixing spiritual undertones into club-ready tracks.
At the core of Integral Ecology are two tracks that pull straight from Pope Francis‘s writings in Laudato Si’ and Fratelli Tutti, turning calls for environmental care and human solidarity into club anthems with real weight. The lead, ‘Infinite Light‘ builds on Laudato Si’, easing listeners into a sense of shared existence across all life forms, evolving from subtle ambient swells to peak-time lifts. Then there’s ‘Lift Up The Fallen‘, channeling Fratelli Tutti‘s push for social repair through a relentless techno groove—think crisp percussion locking in with emotive synth lines that build tension and release in equal measure, urging a collective push against isolation.
