FISHER Unleashes Driving New Single ‘Rain’ Via Catch & Release

Australian tech-house mainstay FISHER dropped his latest single ‘Rain’ on February 6 through CATCH & RELEASE, adding another reliable weapon to his arsenal of club-focused tracks. The producer has spent years honing a sound that translates directly to packed floors and open-air stages, turning out straightforward but devastating records that keep crowds locked in. With a reputation built on high-impact releases and sets that regularly hit capacity at major venues, he heads into 2026 with serious momentum; returning for a second season of his [UNVRS] Thursday residency in Ibiza from June 4 to September 10, plus confirmed stops at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on May 23, his own TRIIP Festival in Malta May 28–31, and a headline slot at Silverworks London on July 11.

The track itself runs on a relentless, rolling groove that pushes forward with real urgency, anchored by a repetitive vocal hook that burrows in fast and refuses to let go. FISHER keeps the arrangement lean, letting the beat do the heavy lifting while the chant layers up and ramps the tension through classic peak-time construction that feels built for long summer sets and festival main stages alike.

‘Rain’ already proved its legs live, getting its first major airing at the sold-out Moscone Center show in San Francisco where 40,000 lost it to the then-unreleased ID. It’s since settled in as a regular in his sets, underlining once again why his productions connect so instantly on the floor and stick in rotations long after.
