Dua Lipa lambasted after inaccurate Tomorrowland tweet
The past weekend saw the little town of Boom in Belgium explode into one of the biggest gatherings of electronic music in the whole world; Tomorrowland. Each year it sees a vast array of artists grace the multiple stages in a massive celebration of all things EDM. It’s arguably one of the most popular festivals in the world, but it seems that Dua Lipa didn’t get that.
After her performance at Tomorrowland, she made a tweet which got her a lot of flack. In the since deleted tweet, Dua Lipa claimed that she was the first international female artist to ever perform at this huge festival.
It didn’t take long for Twitter to remind her of how wrong she was.

Let this be a lesson to us all; before bragging about something, let’s make sure to do some research first. Even if it is a simple Google search.
